From Sydney, Holden originally completed an internship with Foley & Associates Pty Ltd commencing in June 2011.
Foley & Associates has had a strong relationship for several years with Macquarie University in Sydney whereby several students completing the Masters of International Business course have completed the practical component of their studies (180 hours internship) at our office.
We were so happy with Holden’s work during his internship that we were delighted to be able to offer him ongoing part-time work (4 day’s per week) at our office at the end of his internship.
Along with working at our office Holden is currently completing his Masters of Commerce having previously completed a Bachelor of International Business at the same university in 2010 and obtaining his Higher School Certificate in 2006 at Sydney Boys High.
Holden was heavily involved in the preparation work for our March 2012 Pennsylvania trade mission to Australia and New Zealand and has also assisted several other organizations from the Great Lakes region in the period.
His prior professional experience includes working as a Logistics Officer (part-time while completing undergraduate studies) at Nexday Pty Ltd in Sydney. In this role his main focus areas were product management, scheduling of shipments and inventory related data entry and filing. Previously Holden was also employed as an Administrative Assistant at Yatooma Pty Ltd, a small construction company in Sydney.
Outside work Holden plays and has coached rugby union.
He also plays the piano and enjoys skiing.
